Ordering your Family Crest on Mugs
Before completing the order form below please see opposite to note your options.
You must complete ALL required* fields i.e. those containing the words "No selection".
The form will confirm successful submission of your order, below this line, when upload has completed.
We do not request payment for our printing services until we have checked that your artwork is suitable for processing in accordance with your selected options.
Only when we are satisfied that we can fulfil your order we will send you an email containing a link to pay the total amount due via our online PayPal service.
There is no charge to you for this service and no PayPal account is required, you can use any major credit or debit card or your PayPal account if you have one.
Choose from Four Options
Option 1: Artwork on both sides of the mug.
Option 2: Single image R/H - Mug held in right hand the artwork will face forwards.
Option 3: Single image L/H - Mug held in left hand the artwork will face forwards.
Option 4: Single image front - Image will be on the front of the mug i.e. the artwork is on the opposite side to the handle
Please note: Design work will not proceed until we receive full payment for this order.
An artwork charge, noted above the price list, will be added to your invoice which is only payable once for any quantity.
When your order is dispatched we will send a copy of the artwork to you, by email as a jpg file, which will be free for your personal use on any of your own projects or to upload and order more of our printed products.
If you request that we post your order the following charge will be added to your invoice.

Our ceramic 'Durham' style Mug has a capacity of 11.6 fl oz (330ml) and weighs 300g. Height 93mm - Outside diameter 81mm - Circumference 256mm - Handle to Handle 248mm.
Presentation gift boxes are available for this item, at extra cost, if required.

We use a Dye-Sublimations process so you can rest assured that your mugs are 100% dishwasher safe unlike ‘transfer’ printed artwork that may peel off.
Using your surname and country of origin we can, on your behalf, apply for the relevant historical family crest and produce the artwork.
It is important to note that some names have over time had more than one crest and so in this case the oldest recorded crest will be supplied.
If you prefer something unique you can design your own family crest HERE first and then return to this page to order your product in the usual way. In this case we will use the design that you create to produce your product.
