* The dimensions given are the true size of the image you will receive so you can be sure that no white edges will be seen when using the correct size frame or mount. All images are printed to order and come un-mounted and unframed.

* Please note we use a colour calibrated screen to print system, if you are not using colour calibrated screens the image you receive may look slightly different to how viewed on your equipment.

  • Thanks for purchasing our products at Alcame Photographic Printing. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Postage costs will be at your own expense. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
    After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
    If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
